She has been trained under the curriculum designed by Conselle Institute of Image Management, USA headed by Judith Rasband, a Certified Image Master (CIM) in association with Image Consultants International. Also certified by IMPA(Image management panel association) Currently she is the Founder and chief Image Consultant @Evolve Image Management Consultants. She is also working as a consultant for a leading finishing school here in Bangalore. Her work includes: ' Trained the employees of a well known retail brand on their presentation skills like Visual appearance, Body language, Grooming and Make-up application in preparation for a fashion show. ' Trained the employees of a Start Up Company on subjects of Business Etiquette, Body Language and the impact of their appearance when they meet investors, clients. ' Conducted workshop to impart knowledge on Hair care for a product based company. ' Her niche is conducting one on one training people of different background from a director level of a government employee to founders of company to Home makers, in each case understanding their roles and goals designing a look book which could meet every situation that they faced. ' Conducted training in various Educational Institutions to help students understand the importance of their presence in the Professional world so they could cross over smoothly in Engineering and MBA colleges. ' She has worked as soft skill trainer to improve memory and concentration in children for 8years ' Worked as HR recruiter for a Consultancy, where in a short span of time she was successful in closing positions and was promoted to senior recruiter. ' She is also certified in the art of make-up from VLCC Institute Bangalore.
