I am passionate about people and change!! My strength as a facilitator comes from a vision to raise the community and it's consciousness through awareness, to create a life led to the fullest. With a firm belief that life does not get better by chance, it gets better by focused change; I went on from being a home-maker of many years to a vocation woman inspiring many along the way. I follow a mantra that is metamorphic both to the outer & inner self. On the job and being part of the corporate world I realized that a degree might get u a job, but what sustains you and propels you forward are the internal and external mannerisms and the soft skills you possess. These qualities not being restricted to the workplace alone are essential in all the other capacities of one's life too. So alongside work, I forayed into the field of human development, as I feel very passionate about the subject. My career trajectory has evolved to suit my passions making use of my vocational abilities. My skills are that of a Certified Image Advisor, Life-Skills Coach, NLP & Goulding Sleep-Talk Practitioner and a Hypnotherapist. I have also practised as a Cognitive Skill Brain Trainer. Academically I have gained a Masters in Business Administration and my hobbies include reading, writing, movies and adventure sports. For me Change is inevitable and necessary for progress & growth and using my experience where I have made a visible difference to people's lives; I prefer to call myself as "Your Change Associate".
