Summary

I have had an adventurous life and have taken my learning from them to lead a life of virtue. After gathering 15 years of extensive experience working with professionals at various hierarchical levels with some of India's leading corporate houses handling multiple roles in sales, customer relations, and competency development, I decided to start my journey as a trainer and follow my passion. My column on Etiquette & handling relationship was a regular feature in a fortnight Bengali Magazine 'Sananda' for over a year. I have conducted innumerable training for corporate and institutions pan India, on personal effectiveness, interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, selling concepts, time management, effective communication, goal setting, body language, team building, presentation skills, cross culture sensitivity, sexual harassment at workplace, work life balance, business and social etiquette, dining etiquette etc. Having traveled extensively throughout the world, I have a natural flair to interact with people of different ethnicity and am fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali. My endeavor is to help individuals and organizations to understand the impact of an effective and polished personal and professional image to gain success in today's highly visual society and global business arena. I believe the essence of business success lies in the power of relationship and an organization's ability to communicate effectively with one another and their customers. My mantra is 'No matter how good you get you can always get better. '
