Helped on individual challenges like, A new job with designation raised, Sabbatical Identity Loss, Identity Crisis in marriage, Stability during divorce proceedings, Perceptions mismatched, Reflecting the targetted experience or designation, Control & judge people reactions etc. Corporate trainings across sectors, IT, Real estate, Finance, Banking, Consulting Firms, FMCG, Professional Educational Institutions etc. Corporate challenges like, Filling the designation gaps & experience during client meetings, Build rapport & trust over phone/email for increase in sales conversion, Building branded employees, Executive presence programs, How to handle & respond to the challenging situations with clients or internally, Cross cultural sensitization etc. Written a series of 10 articles for the women at work magazine, "Brand You" section to help people get cognizant of the importance of Image Management.
