Creating brands- both personal brands & brands for pharmaceutical industry has helped me understand people & products and what works for both of them. Marketing, brand management & strategic management is my passion. I work with companies to build their brands, enhance their corporate image & build brand equity. Enhancing the selling skills of field force, understanding the nuances of selling & revitalizing the sales force so that they deliver the best & achieve corporate objectives has been my strength & I have been working towards that in many pharmaceutical companies. I also offer business consulting solutions to pharmaceutical companies to organically & inorganically grow their product portfolios & achieve strategic objectives. I work with academic institutions to increase the employability of their students through skill enhancement to enable them to excel in the competitive landscape. I have been offering communication skills, interview skills, critical thinking, problem solving skills, ideation, design thinking & entrepreneurship workshops in many academic institutions. I have also been a part of MHRD’s Innovation Cell in a leading university in Delhi/NCR. Being a NABET & SQA certified trainer, Train The Trainer (TTT) in Soft Skills, Design Thinking from Lufthansa Impact Week and Image Proficiency from Conselle Institute of Image Management, USA equips me with the desired skills & my extensive work experience gives me the confidence & understanding of what people & companies want.
