Summary

I am a proactive, intrinsically motivated individual with a proven ability to flourish in the service industry. I ensure that my training sessions are positioned to maximize customer satisfaction as well as inculcate a good level of motivation in my trainees. After 3 years in the corporate consulting space at Deloitte India, I decided to make an alteration in my career and went on to pursue my certification in the field of image consulting, soft skills and train the trainer ("TTT"). Having recently gone through the the corporate interview selection process and after working with Deloitte member firms across the globe, I completely understand what it takes to succeed in such an environment and would like to help people climb up the corporate ladder quicker and more efficiently. I conduct my training sessions by using the V-A-K Learning Style Model i.e. the use of visual, auditory and kinesthetic methods of teaching to enable every learner to effectively comprehend what is being taught. I currently conduct regular training sessions for a reputed digital marketing institute on soft skills subjects related to communication skills, interview skills, presentation skills and resume making. I have worked with 2 beauty therapy institutes for soft skills training subjects related to communication skills, customer service, team building, etiquette/ professional ethics, the power of first impressions and body language. I have also worked with the contestants of a beauty pageant to train them on the ABC's (Appearance, Behavior & Communication) of Image Management.
