Trained and Certified under the curriculum of Judith Rasband, Conselle Institute of Image Management, USA and a alumnus of ICBI ' Mumbai, Rupali holds graduation in B.E. in Information Technology from Mumbai University. She is also a Certified Associate from IMPA. Rupali has more than 14 years of work experience in image consulting, training, operations and finance. She has trained people from diverse backgrounds on Image Management in India as well as Malaysia through one on one consultation, group coaching, corporate training and open workshops. She has guided top corporate executives, professionals, students, individuals and companies. She also conducts Entrepreneurship programs under ICBI to explore various opportunities in field of Image Consulting. She provides her clients with customised solutions to Image Management and ensures smooth implementation of the training imparted through various Image tools. She has also structured Image Audit department, hired and trained executives for Image Auditing. Being the National Head for L & D for IMPA, she organizes various learning programs for Image Consultants and awareness programs to spread benefits of image management and soft skills. Her training covers diverse group of businesses including Finance, Hospitality, IT, Aviation, Education, Retail, CSR activities and many more. She loves experimenting and has developed various modules on Image Management for Women as well as Men.
