Summary

Since January 2016, as a Founder, Chief Image Consultant and Soft Skills Trainer for Vow for Wow, Nikita has been guiding individuals to assess, transform and excel their image inside out. Considering the importance of an individual’s time & corporate productivity, her motive at Vow For Wow is to conduct short sessions/trainings of 2-3 hrs and at the same time ensure that the participants walk out of her sessions with a thinking cap & fruitful learning outcomes. Merging both profession as well as experience, ‘Vow For Wow Image Management & Training Solutions’ is a product of her 14 years of corporate (Telecom- Vodafone Cellular Ltd., TATA group, BPL Mobile) experience in the field of customer service along with an educational background in Fashion Technology, S.N.D.T. & Textile Designing, Nirmala Niketan in Mumbai. Adding to this, she's also an Arts graduate from the Mumbai University with majors in Sociology, which also helps her in gauging today’s social expectations and to come up with latest techniques of grooming upscale personalities. Having conducted an open etiquette workshop for kids as well as sessions on image management and soft skills for corporates such as Vodafone Cellular Ltd., Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. and Birla Sunlife Insurance, Nikita also believes in giving it back to the society through her initiative ‘Aks’ wherein she conducts image and career counselling sessions for teens at NGOs. Currently, also being the Secretary of IMPA (Image Management professionals Association)-Pune Chapter, she promotes awareness in the area on Image Management through planned activities within Pune, leads CSR activities and also mentors new IMPA members till they stabilise in their professional pursuits. Recently in August 2018, she was also awarded as the 'Budding Women Entrepreneur' of Pune under the category- Soft Skills Trainer by Women Glory. As rightly said by Paul Arden, “How you perceive yourself is how others will see you.” With this thought and by being strong, unique & creative in all aspects of her life; as an Image consultant she feels it’s time to make others believe in themselves too!
