Mamta has been training individuals on various aspects of Image and Soft Skills since 2014. Prior to her current profession, she has worked for over 8 years in the BFSI sector in MNCs like CitiFinancial, Standard Chartered Bank and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Her experiences have helped her evolve as a confident individual with a structured way of working. She is a fun-loving person and is easily able to build rapport and make friends with people from varied backgrounds and all age groups. Mamta firmly believes that we create our own destiny by our thoughts and actions and this belief led her from her corporate job to her current profession. She always had a strong desire to teach and is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of those she trains and consults. As past secretary of the Mumbai chapter of the IMPA (Image Management Professionals Association), she has supported various social causes by providing training and consulting services and continues to do so in her capacity as a member of the IMPA and Partner, Excel 360 Degrees.
