Leena is a dynamic professional with over 15 years of rich experience in Managing Sales and Customer service team. She has worked in Operations and Client Relationship Management, Credit Administration and Vendor Team Management across the Financial Industry. Last assignment was with Religare Finvest Limited as Deputy manager Customer Service Delhi/NCR Branch. Her journey began as Underwriter with a BPO wherein she was part of Transition management team, has outsourced few processes to India. Later she managed Bank branch services for Delhi/NCR, has worked with various departments in Banking including Customer services, Operations, Vendor management, Collections, Credit cards underwriting, MIS management. An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills. Her strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities won her many accolades for her work. Leena is AMFI and IRDA certified , however to further enhance her with the ability to train, coach and groom individuals with professional refinement required in all spheres, she enrolled in Image management and became a certified Image consultant and Soft skills Trainer from Image Consulting Business Institute and presently she is the Founder & Director of ImagePro. Matching her passion for Service excellence, this certification powers her with the skills to groom the individuals for corporate service standards.
