Kanak is a Certified Image Consultant from ICBI, a soft skills trainer & coach. She has studied the curriculum developed and endorsed by the famous Image Specialist, Judith Rasband, one of the 8 Certified Image Masters in the world and CEO & Director of Conselle Institute of Image Management. Kanak has delivered training to thousands across a variety of industries, institutions and respected organizations through public workshops, private workshops and one-on-one coaching. Kanak has worked with participants ranging from individuals and groups to leading telecom, education, IT, hospitality, retail, and business administration and government sectors. Having begun her career in 2001, Kanak brings in a wealth of experience in understanding the finer nuances of service industry. Her core competencies lie in soft skills training, service, and Image Makeovers. All her training programmes are conceptualized on the back of practical learning and emotional intelligence with a clear focus on innovation, vision, inner values, inspiration and communication- aimed at performance, business innovation, operational excellence and importantly customer service excellence. Her specialty is sharp ' eye to generate TNAs, delivering key messages and effective take-away tools in a humorous and completely simple, down to earth style that audience can easily relate to. Kanak is a Psychology and English literature graduate.
