Joyeeta has a rich corporate experience spanning more than 18 years in the various functions of human resource management, communication and self-development. She had started her career as a training executive in NIIT. After a brief stint with HSBC and Eastern Institute of Learning and Management she joined ITC Limited, working across its different companies in various HR projects. She has worked with the personnel management, organisation development and learning & development teams of ITC Tobacco and ITC Foods Division. Her passion for training and facilitating diverse learning cultures and business needs prompted her to start her own venture, Chrysalis Consulting Services, dedicating her energies to partner business performance oriented consulting and training programs. She has been involved with various studies, statistical research and consultancies of national repute and has also worked as honorary faculty for delivering 'campus to corporate' training modules for Jadavpur University Engineering & Technology College's final year students. Joyeeta is a certified clinical hypnotherapist: her signature stress management program ' 'Utsav' is a unique concept combining mind power and special sound frequencies (music) for mind, body and soul rejuvenation which is popular as open workshops as well as corporate programs. Her academics, experience and corporate fluency makes her a valuable trainer/ consultant, as she works with entrepreneurs, start-ups and business houses from diverse backgrounds acquainting them with the finer and relevant nuances of building an authentic and attractive impression to influence success quotients. Academics: Joyeeta is a science graduate from Calcutta University. She completed her Post Graduation in PM&IR from Rajendra Prasad Institute of Business and Communication and management certification in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Systems Analysis and Design. She has also acquired top percentiles in various business communication and management courses from Cambridge University, British Council, NIS Sparta, SQL Star International, PWC HR SAP business domain, Steven Covey's signature program and ISB's customised train the trainer program. Joyeeta has acquired her diploma in Image Consulting from ICBI (International curriculum partner Conselle, USA). She is a certified Train the Trainer (accredited by NABET and SQA) and is currently a faculty designate with ICBI Bangalore. She is a member of NHRD and ISABS (Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Sciences) and remains closely associated with people development.
