Insha has trained 8000+ corporate professionals, teachers/trainers, and students in the last 2 years. Her rich experience in corporate made her realize that there are competency gaps in the corporate sector that can be plugged by trainers who can relate to the participants and their situations and contribute to enhancing their skills as facilitators. This excited her to be a soft skills trainer and support people in their transformation journey to be their best versions. With exposure in HR and being a Happiness Coach, L&D and Soft-Skills Expert, connecting with people and facilitating the learning process comes naturally to her.
