Summary

Served in the army for 35 years and held numerous important appointments. Was responsible for training officers for 4 years. Also, was responsible for training in the army while posted at army headquarters. After hanging my spurs from Indian Army, I started my second innings with education world. In last 12 years I have interacted formally as well as informally with all the stake holders of education; students of schools and colleges, parents, and teachers/faculty members of colleges. During these 12 years I have realized that there is a yawning gap between what schools and colleges are providing to the students in term of learning and what is required in adult life. My purpose of life is to close this gap and make the youth of today the success of tomorrow.
