Bramara is an Engineer and PGDBA with specialization in Human Resource Management, former Software developer and currently a Passionate Image Consultant and Trainer. Bramara is a Certified Image Consultant from Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI), affiliated to Conselle Institute of Image Management, USA. Train the Trainer (TTT) certification from National Accreditation Board For Education and Training (NABET), One of the constituent boards of Quality Council of India. A Certified Soft Skills trainer from the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA). Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI) is a division of First Impression Consulting, the pioneers of Image Management in India. Image Curriculum was structured by Conselle Institute of Image Management, USA, founded by Judith Rasband. She is one of the world’s ten Certified Image Masters. She says, “The way you look directly affects, the way you think, the way you feel, the way you speak, the way you act or behave, and then the way others react or respond to you.” My Journey: I have a professional degree in Telecommunication Engineering (B.E) and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with specialisation in HR Management. I have around a Decade of Corporate experience as a Software Developer and trainer. I worked as a developer in various domains and trained people in many computer languages. My education in business management gave me an insight into people management. I was on sabbatical for few years to experience motherhood, this period helped me to explore various aspects of life and to find where my passion lies. My journey towards becoming an Image consultant started during a few years of living in other parts of the world which helped me understand different cultures. I got to know the importance of looking the part and how people perceive you based on appearance. While working as a software professional I was aware of the need for professional dressing in the working environment and its impact on work. The quest to know more about appearance and its impact led me to become an image consultant. Soft skills combined with Image management knowledge helped me develop my inner strengths and projecting them outwards by appearance helped me bring out the best in me. As an Image Consultant and Trainer, my mission is to empower others to bring out the best in themselves and project their authentic image with confidence which helps them achieve their goals in their personal, professional and social life which led me to start Rhythmic Image.
